Sustainability Management Statement by General Manager

I  Tsan-Pin Wang , General Manager of Kadda Hotel, hereby formally declare:

Sustainability is a core principle of Kadda Hotel’s operations. We are committed to establishing a comprehensive management system that integrates environmental protection, social responsibility, cultural preservation, and economic development into every operational decision and strategic initiative planning. This holistic approach ensures that sustainability principles guide our actions at all levels of the organization.

 

Our sustainability management system includes, but is not limited to:

  • Environmental: energy efficiency, carbon emissions control, water conservation, waste reduction, and recycling.
  • Social: employee rights protection, local employment and training, community engagement and support.
  • Cultural: preservation of local culture, cultural interaction and guest education, and respect for intellectual property.
  • Economic: fair procurement policies, sustainable supply chain management, long-term financial stability, and brand value enhancement.

 

To ensure effective implementation, we have established a Sustainability Committee under the direct oversight of senior management. Through clear KPIs, regular reporting, and transparent management processes, we continuously monitor and refine our initiatives. Every sustainability measure is woven into our daily operations, creating shared value for our  community, employees, and guests.
